Terms:

Event entry must be paid on day of shoot, before books close at 6PM sharp. Each contestant MUST check in AND sign and liability waiver before books close. NO ASSISTED WRANGLERS, NO TIME ONLYS, NO EXHIBITION RUNS, NO PRIZES, NO BUCKLES, NO JACKPOTS. CMSA Dress Code is required to participate. All contestants must help blowing up and setting balloons to participate.

Shooters that have entered on-line and have not checked in before 6PM day of shoot, will have their spot forfeited to the next rider on the waiting list. Entries may not be transfered to friends, family members, or other shooters. Any entry that has not checked in before 6PM day of shoot will be considered a "no show". Any entry that is a "no show" or cancelation will be forfeited to the next shooter on the waiting list. Please contact the Elk River Outlaws if you have registered on-line and can not be present for the shoot so that we have enough time to notify the next rider on the waiting list.
